'See what happened when our cheeky madcap reporter Jonny Greatrex aka Jonny Dangerous met up with the Wirral Naturists Club.'

And the Report: 'COURAGE comes in almost as many forms as the human body....'

The facilities at Northgate Arena[back to top]

As you can see we have excellent facilities with the main leisure pool, water slide, and also the sauna and steam room located at the side of the pool.
The pool is ideal for children and non-swimmers as it has a beach end, which allows you to paddle up a depth that you are comfortable with, right up to the diving end of the pool at just over 3 metres deep. The pool is also ideal for disabled people.

The usual visit to a local riverside pub follows, each week, where you can catch up with the latest gossip - just in case you were too busy swimming at the Northgate!

The sauna and steam room are next to the pool. There are also tables and
chairs by the poolside which provide an ideal place for a chat with friends.

The 70m flume is a popular feature of the Northgate pool. In the foreground is a small slide into the pool, suitable for children. Behind the flume is the deep end of the pool which goes to a depth of 3 metres.

The facilities at Ormskirk[back to top]

The Health Suite is able to hold around twenty people in comfort. The main area contains chairs and tables and coffee is supplied – providing a pleasant place to have a natter over a cup of coffee. Opening off the main area is a spacious sauna and ten seater steam room, plus a six person jacuzzi (though on popular evenings, we have jammed ten people in!). Hot and (for those hardy souls) cold showers are available.

The main seating area. The sauna and steam rooms open off this room to the left. This is a pleasant place to sit and have a chat over coffee, or just read a magazine or book.

Ahhh! The jacuzzi! Probably the most popular place to be at our Ormskirk meetings!
